Main Conference Registration includes weekend workshops, lodging (if applicable), parking, and entry to Saturday Night's Witches' Ball. It does not include meals, pre-conference programs, or the Friday afternoon Intensive with Byron Ballard.
Options include Commuter Passes as well as Standard Registrations that include lodging. You can opt to add a meal plan as well as other experiences during registration. Scroll down through this page to learn more about each.
Early Bird Options
Early Bird Registration is open from March 1 - April 14, 2024. Save $100 during this time as well as receive discounts on the Pre-conference Thursday Arrival Program. Note that some things may even sell out during the Early Bird period.
Deposits & Payment Plans
While we will not be offering payment plans or deposit options for 2024, we do have a couple of suggestions. Since we utilize PayPal as our payment processor, you can work with PayPal's "Enjoy Now Pay Later" program and pay installments. We are not able to provide tech or app support for this program, however PayPal offers a user-friendly video that explains how it works here: PayPal Enjoy Now Pay Later
Cancellations & Refund
The full refund policy can be reviewed at the bottom of this page. While refunds are not available unless the event is fully cancelled, you can transfer your registration to another person. The refund policy covers exactly how this works.
Our ability to offer scholarships is highly reliant upon sponsors, donations, and small contributions made during registration. You can apply for financial aid starting on March 1. We also encourage you to consider volunteering, which offers significant registration discounts.

Intensives & Special Events
Some special events are included in registration and others have additional fees.
We encourage everyone to purchase a meal plan. There are no restaurants or concessions nearby and we find that meals are part of the conference experience! Lodge Rooms offer access to kitchenettes, but if you have special needs or questions we encourage you to email us before registering.

2024 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the 2024 conference cannot be held in person due to unforeseen circumstances, an emergency, or a public health crisis, we will shift to a virtual conference if at all possible. Registrants will automatically be registered for the virtual version of the conference and they will receive a 50% refund of 2024 registration fees. Meal plans will be fully refunded. Please know that this policy only exists in case of extreme circumstances. As a self-funded community-based conference, if an emergency cancellation occurs we will need everyone's understanding and cooperation.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Our 2024 conference has a no-refund policy. Refunds will not be available unless the event is fully cancelled by the host.
We cannot offer you credit to a future event if you cannot attend.
You can transfer your registration to another woman up to 2 weeks before the event, however changes (such as lodging type or food preferences) cannot be altered that close to the event. Transfers must be submitted in writing, via email, and confirmed by us to be valid.

If the event cannot be held virtually or in person, we will refund the highest amount we are able. Please note that this is a self-funded community-based event. If an emergency or public crisis occurs after we have already incurred expenses, we will not be able to refund 100% of your registration fees.
For this community-based conference to be possible, in the instance of a cancellation, we reserve the right to withhold whatever portion of registration fees necessary to cover our non-refundables (such as deposits) and other expenses. This is a common policy among community-based conferences and your registration serves as an acknowledgement that you accept this refund policy.
Please know that unforeseen circumstances occur, we will be working hard to minimize the impact, financial and otherwise, on every person involved. However, as a self-funded community-based conference, if an emergency situation or cancellation occurs, we will need everyone's understanding and cooperation.
