Lunch Choices

Lunch includes specialty pizzas from Mellow Mushroom (2 pieces/person) and organic salad. During registration, you can select one of the following options or bring your own lunch:

Holy Shiitake Pizza

Olive oil and garlic sauce base with roasted shiitake, button, and portobello mushrooms + caramelized onions, cheese blend, and truffle oil drizzle. Vegetarian. Contains gluten and dairy.

​

Vegan Option: Veg Out Pizza

Red sauce, spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and vegan cheese. Vegan. Contains gluten.

​

GF Option 

You can order a gluten-free version of either of the above pizzas for an additional $6. If you select this option, you will receive a 10" personal size pizza.

Midsouth Women's Herbal Collective

Michelle is the founder and director of The Midsouth Women's Herbal Conference & Collective. She is a doctorate-level Transpersonal Counselor, Certified Eco-Therapy Guide, and a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner who incorporates medicinal mushrooms and herbs into her private practice. Her work focuses on reconnecting people with nature in simple meaningful ways to build self-reliance and support holistic wellness. Sharon is a nationally board-certified Health and Wellness Coach and received her training at Emory University. She is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Cornell University, and is a Certified Ornish Lifestyle Medicine Chef. Additionally, she is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Sharon is the founder and Lead Instructor for Studio Veg Productions, where she specializes in health promoting, delicious, plant-based nutrition and cooking classes. FAQs & Refund Policy

 

Summit registration includes access to workshops, parking, and complimentary herbal tea and mushroom beverages. Lunch can be added to registration for $18.00 or participants may bring their own.

 

Registrations are final and non-refundable unless the event is fully cancelled by the host. Unexpected changes to presenters, schedule, or workshops are always possible and we appreciate everyone's understanding in the event something happens that causes us to have to change any of these factors.

In the unlikely event of a public health crisis or unexpected emergency, the host reserves the right to shift this summit to a virtual platform. If this happens, all participants will receive access to live webinars and recordings of all workshops. Summit registration fees will not be refunded. However, lunch payments will be fully refunded. 

​

The 2023 Chattanooga Herbal Medicine Summit is open to all individuals ages 16+. All attendees must register in advance through the Midsouth Women's Herbal website.

​

Registrants may select a lunch during registration, bring their own lunch, or eat lunch offsite. Most options within a few miles are fast food and traffic can be very busy in this area of Chattanooga on a Saturday. It is important to plan ahead. There will be no on-site food vendors or concessions.
