Registration & Payment
We use PayPal for payment processing. If you do not have an account, you can easily check out as a guest.
The charge will show up on your statement as "Celebrate Your Existence" or "CYE", the organization hosting
this conference. The refund policy is outlined at the bottom of this page. Lodging assignments will be assigned
at check-in. If you have questions about registration, payment or refunds please feel free to contact us.
2020 Midsouth Women's Herbal Conference REFUND POLICY:
Refund requests must be made in writing via email. Refunds are subject to merchant refund processing fees in addition to cancellation fees outlined below.
Adult registrations (all types) cancelled before February 14, 2020 will be partially refunded. A $60 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Adult registrations cancelled on or after February 15, 2020 will not be refunded.
Youth registrations cancelled before February 14, 2020 will receive a full refund (minus applicable merchant refund processing fees). Youth registrations cancelled on or after February 15, 2020 will be partially refunded. A $60 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
Meal plans are refundable through February 14, 2020.
Your registration can be transferred to someone else, at no charge. You must email us and receive confirmation of the transfer for the recipient to enter the conference. The deadline for transfer requests is April 9, 2020.
