Registration FAQs
Registration Overview
Conference Registration includes weekend workshops, parking, and entry to Saturday Night's Costume Ball. Unless you choose Commuter, your registration also includes lodging. It does not include meals, the pre-conference program, or the Friday afternoon Intensive with Byron Ballard.
Meal Plans & Menu
Meal plans are available for the pre-conference program as well as the weekend conference. You can view the 2024 Food Menu HERE.

Kitchen Access
The only lodging option that offers access to a kitchen are Premier Cabin Rooms.
Deposits & Payment Plans
While we will not be offering payment plans or deposit options for 2024, we do have a couple of suggestions. Since we utilize PayPal as our payment processor, you can work with PayPal's "Enjoy Now Pay Later" program and pay installments. Financial Assistance
We currently have 10 partial scholarships available, offering $150 off the conference registration type of your choice. Simply email us to apply.
Lodging Options
There are 2 lodging options available + car camping.
Premier Cabin Rooms are double-occupancy hotel-style rooms in a large cabin. Each room has 2 queen beds and a shared bathroom. Each cabin has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, and outdoor sitting area. Cabins are spread out around the camp and lodging will be assigned based on arrival day and registration date.
Camping (Dorm) Cabins offer a budget friendly dorm-style lodging option. These cabins are very close to the dining hall and where most conference activities will take place. Linens are not provided, so attendees need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow.
Refund Policy
2024 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy - Effective 2/1/2024

If the 2024 conference cannot be held in person due to unforeseen circumstances, an emergency, or a public health crisis, we will shift to a virtual conference if at all possible. Registrants will automatically be registered for the virtual version of the conference and they will receive a 50% refund of 2024 registration fees. Meal plans will be fully refunded. Please know that this policy only exists in case of extreme circumstances. As a self-funded community-based conference, if an emergency cancellation occurs we will need everyone's understanding and cooperation.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Our 2024 conference has a no-refund policy. Refunds will not be available unless the event is fully cancelled by the host.

We cannot offer you credit to a future event if you cannot attend.

You can transfer your registration to another woman up to 2 weeks before the event, however changes (such as lodging type or food preferences) cannot be altered that close to the event. Transfers must be submitted in writing, via email, and confirmed by us to be valid.

CANCELLATIONS

If the event cannot be held virtually or in person, we will refund the highest amount we are able. Please note that this is a self-funded community-based event. If an emergency or public crisis occurs after we have already incurred expenses, we will not be able to refund 100% of your registration fees.

​For this community-based conference to be possible, in the instance of a cancellation, we reserve the right to withhold whatever portion of registration fees necessary to cover our non-refundables (such as deposits) and other expenses. This is a common policy among community-based conferences and your registration serves as an acknowledgement that you accept this refund policy.

Please know that unforeseen circumstances occur, we will be working hard to minimize the impact, financial and otherwise, on every person involved. However, as a self-funded community-based conference, if an emergency situation or cancellation occurs, we will need everyone's understanding and cooperation.
