Spring Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Effective 11/18/2021

This refund policy is exclusively for the 2022 Spring Retreat: Tending the Garden. Because of the small size of this retreat, and the non-refundables for the planning team, no refunds are available once you have registered. There will be no exceptions for any reason. However, if you cannot attend, you can transfer you registration to another woman at no cost. If we have a waiting list, we will try to connect you with the people on the waiting list.  

Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Effective 3/1/2022

  • Unless noted in the individual workshop descriptions, no refunds are available after you have registered for a class, lecture, walk, or virtual event. For in-person events, you may transfer your registration to another person. For virtual events, no credits or transfers are available. 

  • If an event is cancelled by the presenter or host, refunds will be issued to each registrant. 

2022 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Effective 3/30/2022

Registrations for the 2022 virtual conference are non-refundable. Virtual conference registrations are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or credits unless the event is cancelled. There will be no exceptions. If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us before registering.

  • Note that many of our emails go to SPAM and promotions folders. If you do not see an email with links to join the conference workshops at least 3 days before the conference begins, please check these folders before reaching out to us. Also, please be sure that you have secure and reliable Wi-Fi or internet access to join the conference if you are attending live. We will NOT issue refunds due to missing links or individual inaccessibility.
