Join herbalists and teachers from near and far including Robin Rose Bennett, Byron Ballard, Soirée-LeonePhyllis D. Light, and Earcine Evans for a weekend of immersive workshops, plant walks, herbal education, and fun! 

 

Settle into Autumn with grounding rituals, yoga among the trees,  and hundreds of acres of forest to roam and explore. Make new friends and connections at our Herbal Marketplace, drum circle (featuring The Conundrums), Tea Party, and other special events. Oh, and did we mention we are having a Costume Ball?!?

Special Events

We are beyond excited about this year's special events: two keynote presentations, a live performance by The Conundrums, an immersive Fermentation experience, and an epic Witches' Ball on Saturday Night!

Registration Information

Conference registration costs are determined by lodging and meal plan selections. Additional options include the Thursday Arrival Program with Robin Rose Bennett and the Friday Afternoon's Herblore Intensive with Byron Ballard.

The Conference Experience

There are endless opportunities for learning and fun, from pre-conference intensives to an expansive menu of classes and activities. Hiking trails, rocking chairs, and the vendor marketplace offer lots of options for free time and enjoying time with new friends.

Pre-Conference Thursday Arrival Program 

Arrive a day early and join Robin Rose Bennett for our pre-conference program: Herbs, Ritual and Sacred Ceremony. The Pre-Conference Program includes Thursday Lodging, Thursday Evening activities and Robin's Friday Morning Intensive. 

Friday Afternoon Intensive

Join us for a 3-hour Intensive Workshop Herblore and the Wisdom of Old Wive's Tales. Folklorist and Writer, Byron Ballard, will share folk stories and herbal wisdom!

An additional fee is required. Seating is limited to guarantee an intimate experience.

Weekend registration includes 2 keynote presentations, over 25 workshops to choose from, yoga and movement classes, plant walks, women's ceremonies, our annual drum circle, and admission to Saturday night's Witches' Costume Ball.

Conference Location

Our venue, Camp McDowell, spans 1140 acres and shares land with Bankhead National Forest. Comfortable lodging, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, and special features such as a nature labyrinth, lake, and hiking trails make it a perfect place for us!
