FOOD FAQs
Lunches and Dinners are included. Root Vegetables, mushrooms, seasonal soups and autumn inspired beverages will be among the food served. A detailed food menu will be published at least 2 weeks before the retreat so you can plan accordingly. Vegetarian and GF options available by request during registration. Breakfast and coffee are not included. There will be limited refrigerator space, so we recommend bringing items that do not need refrigerated and/or a small cooler in case we run out of room. While attendees will have access to the kitchen for preparing their breakfasts, there could be up to 25 women at our event. Please plan accordingly. (Camp stoves are welcome, however campfires are not permitted).
LODGING FAQs
You will have the option to choose between indoor lodging or camping during registration. Indoor options include private queen rooms and bunk beds ins shared bedrooms. Those who choose to camp will have full access to indoor amenities such as showers and community spaces. There are plenty of beautiful spots along the creek for setting up tents as well as options in the forest and in the meadow. Camping is rustic, meaning there will be no electricity at your site. RETREAT VENUE
Our event will take place at a private mountain retreat house in Ellijay, GA that borders the Chattahoochee National Forest. The property itself features over 20 acres of woodlands and wild meadows to explore plus there is a creek that meanders through the middle. We have gathered here multiple times over the years and this space is a true sanctuary. Just being on the land feels nourishing and healing.
