Great classes make our conference unforgettable! We invite anyone interested in teaching at our conference to review the information below and then complete the proposal form. If you have trouble downloading the form, please email us at midsouthwomensherbalconference@gmail.com.​
Presenter Arrangements
Honorarium: An honorarium/stipend of $200 per workshop will be paid to each presenter.
Lodging: Presenters will have a twin bed in a shared bedroom with other presenters. Linens are NOT provided. If you have friends who are attending the conference, we can adjust your lodging arrangements by request so that you can room with them in their participant cabin. Camping is also available.
Meals: Presenters are provided complimentary meals.
Vending: Presenters are eligible for a complimentary vending booth; however, assistants or additional booth attendees must register to attend. Vendors must provide their own tables.
Other: Presenters are expected to help us spread the word about the conference via their websites, newsletters, and/or social media platforms. We appreciate everyone's support!
Workshop Criteria
*We recommend that you propose at least two workshops.
*AV is very limited; we can only accept a limited number of workshops that require AV support.
*Workshop time slots are 90 minutes (1.5 hours)
*We use indoor and outdoor classrooms; you will be asked for your preference when you apply.
*Presenters are responsible for their own supplies and handouts unless other arrangements are made in advance.
*If your proposal(s) is approved, you will be offered a presenter agreement and contract. Once you sign this contract, you will be added to the presenter list on our website.

We will accept proposals until April 1, however we will start offering presenter contracts in February. Apply early for priority consideration!
Recording Note
*Workshops may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. The resulting medias are property of Midsouth Women's Herbal and may be used at our discretion during the conference year as well as in the future.
