Registration Fees

REGISTRATION IS ALL INCLUSIVE!

Your registration includes the lodging and 6 meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch + complimentary tea all weekend. (Pre-conference registration includes 3 additional meals).

LIMITED LODGING

Cabin lodging is very limited. We recommend registering early to have access to the lodging type you want and to take advantage of payment plans.

Includes space for your tent and/or hammock and access to nearby bath house. Car camping is also welcome. No personal campfires are allowed.

Woodland Group Cabins

Includes bottom bunk in a shared room. These beautiful cabins have a common room, electricity, and bathrooms. Linens are not included.

Includes day parking, weekend meals, standard F/S/Sn workshops and weekend evening activities

MEALS ARE INCLUDED!

Unlike many of our past conferences, this year's registration includes meals. We are grateful to have the ability to include meals at no additional cost this year.

We will be serving Sunday lunch this year! Enjoy a farewell meal with your new friends or take yours to go for the drive home.

We are still developing the 2026 menu. We will be able to accommodate gluten-sensitive, vegetarian and vegan requests. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks or food. In that case, you will be responsible for your own cooler and/or cooking equipment.

Registration Overview

Conference Registration includes meals, weekend workshops, parking, and your choice of lodging. It does not include the pre-conference program.

Kitchen Access

There is no kitchen access at the conference. If you need to keep things cold, bring a cooler. If you need to warm or cook something, bring a camp stove.

Deposits & Payment Plans

Register during our Exclusive Pre-Sale and save $100 plus claim your spot with a 33% deposit! Our registration system (RegFox) will allow you to make payments of any amount whenever you want through August 1, 2026. On August 1, you will be automatically charged for any remaining balance. You can register during the Standard Registration timeframe with a 50% deposit and make installment payments through August 1, 2026. On August 1, you will be automatically charged for any remaining balance.

Refund Policy

2026 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy - Effective 3/1/2026

If the 2026 conference cannot be held in person due to unforeseen circumstances, an emergency, or a public health crisis, we will shift to a virtual conference if at all possible. Registrants will automatically be registered for the virtual version of the conference and they will receive a 50% refund of 2026 registration fees. If a virtual conference cannot be delivered, we will refund as much as possible and provide a credit for a future conference for any amount we cannot refund. Please know that this policy only exists in case of extreme circumstances. As a self-funded community-based conference, if an emergency cancellation occurs, we will need everyone's understanding and cooperation.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Our 2026 conference has a no-refund policy. Refunds will not be available unless the event is fully cancelled by the host.
We cannot offer you credit to a future event if you cannot attend.
You can transfer your registration to another woman up to 2 weeks before the event, however changes (such as lodging type or food preferences) cannot be altered that close to the event. Transfers must be submitted in writing, via email, and confirmed by us to be valid.

CANCELLATIONS

If the 2026 conference cannot be held in person due to unforeseen circumstances, an emergency, or a public health crisis, we will shift to a virtual conference if at all possible. Registrants will automatically be registered for the virtual version of the conference and they will receive a 50% refund of 2026 registration fees.
If the event cannot be held virtually or in person, we will refund the highest amount we are able. Please note that this is a self-funded community-based event. If an emergency or public crisis occurs after we have already incurred expenses, we will not be able to refund 100% of your registration fees. We will provide a credit that can be applied to a future conference for any amounts we cannot refund.

NOTICES

Please know that unforeseen circumstances occur, we will be working hard to minimize the impact, financial and otherwise, on every person involved. However, as a self-funded community-based conference, if an emergency situation or cancellation occurs, we will need everyone's understanding and cooperation.
