Bringing Your Own Food
Participants may bring their own snacks or drinks, however there are no community refrigerators or cooking spaces. If you bring your own food or beverages, you will need to plan to keep them with you in your cabin in a cooler or secured container. Campfires are not permitted at Camp Woodmont. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
The full menu will be published closer to the conference weekend. You can download past menus below to get an idea of the foods we serve.
2021 Spring Conference Lodging
Lodging at Camp Woodmont is simple, rustic and allows us to stay close to nature throughout the weekend. Photos of lodging options are below.
Camping is available in a magical meadow encircled by the forest. At night, the meadow rests under a blanket of stars and campers have an unobstructed view of the moon. Bathhouses are available to campers.
Shared Rustic Cabins range in size and will house between 5 and 12 women in lower bunks. They have electricity. They do not have heating, air conditioning or bathrooms. Bathhouses are right next door to cabins.
Private Rustic Cabins are offered to those wanting solitude or privacy throughout the weekend and while sleeping. They have electricity. They do not have heating, air conditioning or bathrooms. Bathhouses are right next door to cabins.
Bring Your Own Linens. Regardless of which lodging choice you make, you will need to bring your own sheets, blankets/sleeping bags, pillows, towels and other linens for the weekend.
